The neck pillow helps to relieve chronic neck pain in just 10 minutes a day. The neck stretcher can help anyone with chronic neck pain resulting from prolonged periods of time bowing the head or sitting still looking at screens (i.e. "tech neck") or has an overly stiff neck. The pillow helps to relieve neck pain and pressure and restore the neck curve naturally.

The neck and shoulder relaxer has an ergonomic design, with the curve of the neck relaxer matching the cervical spine. This product should not be used as an ordinary pillow for an entire night's sleep.

This neck stretcher should never cause pain, however some slight discomfort may be felt initially when using this device. There are many varying conditions of the cervical spine. Improper application of this device or the use of excessive time on this device may aggravate an existing condition or cause additional injury. How to use:

1. Locate the neck support of the device around the middle of your neck. Start with gentle traction (convex side toward your head).. Gently reposition on the device, up or down along your spine to locate the most comfortable position for your neck.

2. Once comfortable, allow your neck to settle further into the support. Taking slow deep breaths helps to relax. You may notice at this point that you are releasing tension. You may notice your neck, traps and shoulder muscles relax further and your posture become more aligned. Reposition lightly every few minutes to prevent localized fatigue. You may reassume your position if need.

3. Like any new exercise, start off slowly. Use the gentle support level for 5 minutes, then reassess whether or not you can use it for an additional 5 minutes. Progress gradually as you are comfortable. If you feel you can use more neck support, use the strong traction neck support (concave side under your head).

4. NOTE: At first, you may feel slight discomfort as your muscles and joints adjust to their new positions. If you feel pain, discontinue using device and consult with your healthcare professional.
